I need a student loans help me please i need to take out a stafford loan and private?

ok well i wanted to use my credit union which is navy federal credit union for my stafford loan which only covers my tution so i needed to take an addtional 7000.00 for my rent for the year but the credit union told me they do not offer private loans at least for fall check back in spring i was like ok no help there so i would have to look somewhere else for the private loan well i wanted to know if i should use my credit union for my stafford loan and wellsfargo for my private loan or just use one bank for both my loans like wellsfargo please help me this is my last year of school so the loan is only for one year maybe year and half tops

The only advantage of using the same lender for two loans would be making a single payment to them. Unfortunately, the lender is going to treat the private student loan and the stafford loans separately so you'd still need to make two payments.

In regards to your question. My little advice is that you go to a bank in your area to request for the loan and that is if you have a collateral, but if you want a loan from those that give out unsecured loan without a collateral i know of a loan firm that gives out unsecured loans, though he is the only one i have tried for now so i don't really know if their interest rate is the lowest.
