Are homeschoolers able to get financial aid for college?

I'm 15, in 9th Grade, and live in CT if this is in any way substantial.

Yes. Fin Aid has nothing to do with your school, even GED-ers can get Fin Aid.
I would recommend that you apply for a state school and a super-cheap school, and then plan on attending your local community college and living at home.
Community colleges may be free for you, with Pell Grants. Do two years or more at CC, then transfer with excellent grades. You will be apply to apply to PTK and transfer scholarships worth over $10,000 a year, combined.
In the mean time, apply for every grant and scholarship:

Homeschoolers can receive federal financial aid if they have completed homeschooling at the secondary level, as defined by state law in CT.

Yes of course. Financial aid is not based on where you went for HS
It is based on your parents' income level.
There are all sorts of scholarships-some just for homeschooled students

My niece was a home schooler. She found several colleges and universities that would give her partial scholarships based on her academic and artistic skills.
