Citibank, Bank of America, or Chase for students?

I have no credit history because my identity was stolen and I just got it cleared up. I'm 18 going to college and need a bank account for students that is good. No high rates, excessive fees and whatnot. I live in California but will be going to college in New York. So a national bank is necessary. I've narrowed it down to Citibank, BoA, or Chase. I've heard good things about Citibank and BoA. For my circumstances what is the best bank for students like myself?

You can choose BoA cause when I waz in NY I asked them if I get a student BoA card will they take money from me? and they said no and no high rate or fees just because you a student thats why. So I think it's a good one.
