Nope. You can apply before you graduate from high school if you are going to attend college after you graduate and adult students can get fin aid if they are high school dropouts but can pass an ability to benefit test.

yes cause i believe fafsa is aid for college and colleges require at least a ged to attend like community colleges

It would help if it was a little more clear what exactly you are trying to do. It is never a crime to apply, no matter what your situation is. But you are not eligible to receive any aid as a result of applying until after you have completed high school. Are you asking because you are applying to receive aid next year but as of today are still in high school? That is the most likely scenario. It will never come up what your situation is today. As long as you have a diplome before you begin college, you're fine. If your situation is something different, then it would help if you could give a little more information about it.
