Since the Penn Foster High School program is self-paced and independent study, we cannot verify full time attendance on a Verification of Enrollment (VOE). Instead, Penn Foster issues a driver's license letter to students who need proof of high school enrollment. In order to be eligible for this letter, students must be enrolled for at least 90 days, have 10 exams completed (2 within the past month), and any payments must be current. If these requirements are met and you would like Penn Foster to issue that letter, you can call and request one from the Education Department.

You can not get your license through a study at home program.

You gave that up by dropping out of high school.

You need to check the driver license policies for homeschoolers for the state that you live in.
