Lets say i want to transfer to another university my second year but some of my credits don't transfer and I have to take a course there

will i get financial aid for summer courses too?

It will depend on how many classes you have and the like. IF you take just one class, you probably won't get anything but an unsubswidized loan, which get's you nowhere.

Typically, financial aid does not cover summer unless you specified during the school year itself that you planned to take summer classes. Even if you didn't do that, you can find on FAFSA's webpage instructions that can help you obtain aid to cover summer classes. Most people think you can't do it, but it is possible. Traditionally though, it's better to figure it in with either your spring or fall classes so it is associated with an actual scholastic semester. Good luck!

You get financial aid for the schools you listed when you applied for aid.
