After the fall semester in college, what comes next? and..?

What comes after fall semester...?
And also how long do colleges give breaks in between semesters, basically how long after the fall season ends for the new one to start?

It all depends upon the college. Most colleges run through mid-December, then your spring semester starts up in mid-January and runs to early or mid-May.
