i let the crazy college party life get a hold of me. i soon became lazy and got put on academic probation and then got kicked out. now i feel low and feel like i will never get a second chance :(

A school that expelled you for bad grades is never going to let you back in, you failed out. You proved to them that you couldn't handle it, why would they waste their time with you again? Your only option now is to go to community college for a few years and then try to transfer to a different 4-year college, but your expulsion will follow you forever and unless you get straight A's and prove that you've completely changed, no other college will take you.

If a pupil exchange into expelled (kicked out)for date rape, it may be mentioned on the transcript checklist. Going to a distinctive college does not erase the incident from the checklist. It sounds like it exchange into on no account mentioned to the police, as everybody convicted of this manner of legal could be incarcerated (Legally, rape is rape, no rely if it incredibly is date, statuatory or otherwise).
