I am getting out after three years with a honorably discharge. I have several different awards and severed in combat zone for more then a year. I worked more as a admin job tracking parts and keep track of a/c life support equipment for inspections. but I do have experience in first aid fork lifts tractors and have supervised groups as large as 15 but typically just 3 people worked for me. not sure what job to go for while attending college in Albany New York. I was thinking waiter or bartender bc it would be easy and a quick buck But I have no experience in that. My goal is to become a state trooper or PE teacher. so and ideals on places i get out in the summer and would need a job in the beginning of July time frame so if any one has ideals please help out. Thanks

Go for the bartender gig first... pays more. You'll just have to take a 1 or 2-day class to get licensed.

Why not just go directly into the State Police or College?

The longer you wait, the easier it'll be not to go. Once you settle in somewhere, life has a way of creeping up on you. Trust me on that one.

do law and become a CID (detective) or a Lawyer (which is a bit boring)
